Dont Let the Tea-publicans Swift-boat Tucson!

Remember the Swift-boat?

Well, the same right-wing consulting firm that swift-boated John Kerry in 2004, is trying to do the same to our Democratic City Council candidates in an effort to seize control of the City Council for the Tea Party. The Beltway firm Stevens, Reed Curcio and Potholm crafted the ads in 2004, slandering John Kerry’s service in Vietnam with specious claims and unfounded accusations. They’ve sunk to such levels this year as to blame city council members, personally, for a child’s death – a flat-out lie.
