SED's AG Candidates' Debate

Description:The three Democratic candidates for Arizona State Attorney General will debate the issues at the next meeting of Saguaro Eastside Democrats(SED).
Vince Rabago, David Lujan and Felecia Rotellini, who are all on the Aug. 24 Democratic Primary ballot, are the special guests of SED s next meeting which will be held on Monday, June 21 at New Spirit Lutheran Church, 8701 Old Spanish Trail (northeast corner of Camino Seco). SED member Roger White will moderate.
The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. with time for socializing and light refreshments. The debate will begin at 7 p.m.

Picnic, Baseball & Fireworks

Description:What's more All-American than a picnic, baseball, fireworks & the Democratic Party...
Join some friends of LD 28 for a family-friendly picnic. Friends, neighbors & relatives are invited.
There will be limited number of tickets -- so get yours early. Tickets are $15 in advance -- and, if available, $20 after June 23rd. The cost covers food and drink.
Optional tickets to the Tucson Toros game that evening (vs. the Maui Ikaika) will be available
for $5.00 per person. The game begins at 7:00 pm. (If you are not into baseball you can always hang out at the ramada... There will be plenty of food and merriment...)
Be sure to stay for the fireworks after the game. They're SPECTACULAR -- and, they're FREE!!

Grand Opening of the Democratic Club of the Santa Rita Area's Green Valley Headquarters
Date:Saturday, June 26
Description: Grand Opening of the Green Valley Headquarters. Special guests will include Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and Attorney General and Democratic Gubernatorial candidate Terry Goddard, as well as additional state wide and local Democratic candidates.
The festivities will include music, refreshments, and tours of the Headquarters, located in the Mall next to the CVS store. This is the first year round Headquarters for the Democratic Party in the Green Valley area, and will be a space for voter registration and candidate information, phone banking and canvassing, and a variety of activities aimed at the election of Democratic candidates locally and at the state and national level.
