Legislative District 28 has almost 40,000 registered Democrats. It comprises an area from approximately Campbell Ave. to Camino Seco and the Rillito River to 22nd Street. There are 98 precincts in L.D. 28, and each precinct is represented by Precinct Committeepersons known as “P.C.s”. This is the real “grass roots” of the Democratic Party. PCs minister to the Democrats in their neighborhood by helping organize the precinct to elect Democrats; registering voters, reminding them of upcoming elections, etc. Please consider becoming a Precinct Committeeperson in your neighborhood.
